| Job Description: |
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Have knowledge about Microsoft licensing programs and major products (EA, MPSA and OS, Server products)
- Requesting Microsoft Licensing statements / history using different portals.
- Managing Contract Database on SharePoint.
- Assisting AMs (Account Managers) in all the operational Microsoft tasks.
- Efficiently working on reporting side and sent weekly and monthly reports to corporate management.
- 0-1 years of related experience in IT sales or business operations.
- Highly analytical, team-oriented, and active participant in accomplishing team goals
- Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skill
