- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Ensuring the background checks and reference checks are complete
- Preparing new employees files and ensure its completion
- Overseeing all the relevant documentation for on-boarding and after induction / orientation
- Pay roll processing
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Any other task / job assigned by immediate in-charge.
