Maavan Software is looking for a Project manager who has strong team management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor team members.

• Make sure team is making good progress on deadlines given by client.

• Ensure team is delivering quality builds within the deadline.

• Create strong bonding between team members and encourage a productive work environment.

• Facilitate internal communication and be the main point of contact for stakeholders i.e. Client, CEO, Account Manager etc.

• Be proactive in resolving conflicts and obstacles that may occur.

• Frequently communicate with client to get feedback about team member’s progress.

• Do regular meetings with each team member.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Project Management of IT projects.

• BS or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.

• Experience in working with international clients and understanding their culture. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Practical understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Technical background or understanding of different phases of the software development process.

• Ability to handle pressure in critical situations and be able to manage teams effectively without creating unnecessary stress.
