Supply Chain
- Purchasing of monthly office supplies
- Voucher/ Documentation
- Procure food relate items in advance according to the instructions of the mess manager.
- Keeping record of all the purchases of kitchen items, mess members and guests.
Services
- Follow the time schedule of the lunch, tea and dinner of organization staff and prepare food according to the instructions of the mess manager.
- Preparing of food & serving during official events
- Preparing and serving food, Cleaning of kitchen & crockery
- While preparing food, strictly follow the hygiene and sanitation and ensure the cleanliness of kitchen, utensils and dining hall.
