We are hiring for our client which is a Swedish company that is the world’s leading low-cost insurance provider. The company partners with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and insurance companies to scale up insurance services that are affordable and accessible to everyone in Pakistan. It is the pioneer of mobile delivered insurance in Pakistan.
Our client has a young, ambitious team of intelligent over-achievers who love to immerse in new cultures and adventures. They are looking for young energetic graduates to join its call centre team. The role is of a Sales Associate who is responsible for the outbound leg of the call center i.e. increasing customer base through sales.
Key requirements:
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognised university. However, Intermediate with relevant call centre experience of at least 3 years could be considered.
Exhibit strong communication skills.
Quick learner.
Relationship management.
Planning & Organising skills
Fluency in Urdu/Punjabi.
Previous call centre experience of 1- 2 years is preferable but not mandatory.

Location: Lahore (currently working from home during Covid)
Salary: PKR 21,359 plus variable sales commission
Timings: Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)
