• Make sure smooth operations for project implementation.

• Optimum utilization of available resources to meet time lines.

• Monitoring and cross checking of project's progress with IT staff.

• Interaction with customers to develop comfort level.

• Coordination with internal and external customers.

• Implementation and checking of proper documentation and record keeping.

• Extend assistance in problem rectification.
