| Job Description: |
This Position Monitor & Streamline Execution of Manufacturing process from Stitch to pack against each new order.
- Addressing Process related quality issues of customer orders.
- Ensuring minimum wastes & WIP of customer’s requirements, management guidelines & the company policy & procedure.
- Position have the ownership of knitting unit production by effective planning & execution of all types of knitted fabrics
- Knitting production as per required efficiency and quality on BIQ concepts, Optimum utilization of capacity.
- Able to control waste with minimum waste targets.
- Knitting machines maintenance and wear and tear in good quality running condition.
- Maintain shop floor & Implementation of Lean Tools discipline and 6S methodology
- Coordination with concerned teams and follow plans .Cross departmental and inter departmental meeting to ensure timely execution
- To ensure all knitted fabric must be good to go on 4 point quality system.
- To Monitor planned activities vs actual to achieve set targets
- .Able to plan Organized & execute smooth OTP operations from cut to pack by following Freeze plan to meet customer’s satisfaction.
- .Able to implement Built in Quality (BIQ) system in process to eliminate & fix quality issues on the spot by following 3 no’s to produce quality product as per customer’s requirement.
- Able to eliminate wastages & WIP activates to reduce additional operational cost & run operations as per Lean tools.
- Able to build and retain a proficient, motivated, knowledgeable and highly effective team.
