Job Summary:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances knowledge retention and transfer


• Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs


• State instructional end goals and create training content that matches course demands and outcomes.


• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.


• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods.


• Provide exercises, administer tests/quiz and activities that enhance learning process.


• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)


• Deliberate and arrive at consensus on the criteria and elements applied for measuring accuracy and depth of learning in participants through assessment instruments in coordination with the Assessment & Analytics team.


• Maintain project/course documentation and course folders.


• Participate and carry out special duties and tasks as directed by Senior Leadership.

General Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institution. Preferred qualifications in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Media, Social Sciences or similar.

Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having 05 years of experience.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 6, 2022.

Skills & abilities: Design thinking, storyboard writing, training design, visual design, game design, use of LMS and training authoring software.
