| Job Description: |
PureLogics is looking for a Fresh PMO Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Assist PMO in Documentation compliance as per defined process within the organization.
- Assist PMO to conduct audits, Meeting arrangements, Reports creation, Management reviews, and Training session arrangements.
- Manage the day-to-day activities, resources, and changes.
- Assist PMO in regular monitoring and controlling required documentation in terms of ISO 9001-2015 and CMMI - Level 2.
- Update policies and procedures periodically in line with best practices.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be directed by PMO, in line with the Work Level Standards for this role.
- Ensure project set up of online folders to store key project documents, with version control across all project deliverables and artifacts
- Ensure projects adopt the agreed PMO & PM document standard
- Possess strong subject matter knowledge and skills in PMO
- PM coordination, project management, workflow capabilities, analytics, and data reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum education is a bachelor's in computer science or equivalent.
- Candidates should have at least a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Candidates should have knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Project management frameworks.
- Must have an understanding of ISO 9001 - 2015 and CMMI Compliances.
- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be good at following up and maintaining documents.
