| Job Description: |
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business of the organization.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses & improve effectiveness.
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost effective.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing.
- Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production.
- Process purchase orders to acquire goods.
- Arranging quotation from vendor.
- Prepare comparative statement in ERP.
- Arrangement of materials in time.
- Documentation regarding Purchase Order and supplies arrangement
- To Research the New Vendors as per the Company’s policy.
- To Present Periodic Reports / Presentations.
