| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Involved in recruitment (technical and non-technical) by preparing job descriptions, Headhunting, posting ads on job portals and managing the hiring process
- Lead the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
- Preparing correspondences to forward to management regarding of suitable applicants and drafting email.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Requirements:
- Masters in HR with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Expertise in HR Operations and Payroll Management.
- Candidate must have excellent practical exposure of MS Tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Retail background will be a plus for this position.
- Practical exposure of Recruitment & Selection in an effective & efficient manner.
