1. Accurate compilation of daily attendance.
2. Prepare monthly salaries with accordance of daily leave and late record to ensure accurately and timely salary payments to employees.
3. Final Settlements for the employees leaving the company.
4. Maintain record of daily attendance of all offices and update management accordingly.
5. Keep employee files updated and record them as per company recruitments.
6. Complete employee profile in HR Module in ERP.
7. Provide information to Accounts department related to all employees benefit programs i.e. EOBI
8. Supervise Life and Group Health insurance policies of employees and staff compensation and providing help in case of hospitalization
9. Audit & Compliance Management
10. Employee Service Management i.e. Leaves, Loan, Provident Fund, Health & Life Insurance
