| Job Description: |
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls and comprehensive market and competitive analysis.
- Consistently evaluating, monitoring and resetting strategic planned sales goals.
- Conduct quarterly sales paradigm SWOT analysis.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and persistent goals evaluation and redesigning to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results quarterly.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales.
- Coordinating and devising marketing strategies on lead generation.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Define the target audience and how they relate to our products and services.
