NRSP Microfinance Bank Limited is a National Microfinance Bank. The Bank operates with the mission to alleviate poverty by providing access to financial services to the low-income households living in both urban and rural areas of Pakistan.
We are seeking applications for the position of Branch Manager. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online. Local candidates who belong to the aforementioned location and having work experience of local market will be preferred.
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop associations with existing as well as new customers.
- Ensure that the liability sales targets are achieved as set by the management.
- Manage and retain the existing relationships.
- Take ownership of their portfolio and review vis-à-vis account maintenance.
- Ensure compliance of KYC at account opening and account maintenance stages.
- Active participation in product training sessions and maintain market intelligence.
