·         Responsible for the procurement from suppliers.

·         Working parallel with construction team to fulfill their requirements

·         To develop strong relationship with renowned suppliers by encouraging Lean principles.

·         Negotiations, pricing & cost estimation, purchase orders processing on ERP, LC requirements & payments proceedings.

·          Handling quality of purchased material complaints/issues as well as claims from customer to supplier.

·         Management to ensure the timely  deliveries as well as to maintain just in time inventory criteria & management of inventory through ERP.
