| Job Description: |
- Responsible to manage overall Inventory & Warehouse/Store Operation
- Oracle EBS (Inventory Module) Implementation.
- Capacity Utilization.
- Layout Design for Inventory Areas.
- Stocks Receiving Process Flow.
- Inventory Management
- Induction of Quality Inspections of Incoming Stocks.Team Training.
- Safety Standards Inductions
- To involve in the planning of efficient Warehouse operations and achieving departmental objectives and goals.
- Exercise direct responsibility for the planning, organizing, direction, and control of all activities associated with the development of the Logistics & Warehouse Management Plans.
- Plans organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the Warehouse Operations functions
- Lead continuous improvement, problem-solving, and team building activities related to the Operations functions
- Set inventory by batch wise and Specific item code.
- Manage stock by using the FIFO method.
- Manage monthly & weekly scheduled safety & quality audits along with the surprise ones.
- Recruiting, hiring and managing a team of Inventory Counters
- Presenting written reports and analyses to senior managers
- Ensure that the material inward the same as the purchase order, and in good condition.
- Push short expiry items in retail and wholesale.
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. Finish Goods Warehousing & Logistics:
- Ensuring smooth operation for stock transfer and sale dispatches.
- Efficient utilization of available resources to achieve daily dispatch target
- Weekly and monthly cycle count to ensuring 100% stock accuracy.
- Manage to purchase cycle including the request for quotation, PO creation, PO follows up & goods receipt.
- Responsible for Negotiating with local suppliers/ vendors in terms of price, lead time and quantity.
- Monitoring agreed with need dates, price changes & credit term.
- Responsible for price negotiation and order placement through purchase order and Letter of credit to related vendors
