An Australian Company requires fresh and experience staff to hire for an Australian campaign.

Base + Commission Role leading to Full time Outbound sales position
An Ideal Candidate would have following:
- A self-starter who thrives when challenged and relish's the opportunity to exceed K Pi's
. * Passionate about delivering results and exceeding customer expectations, a strong communicator with the ability to influence customers, well organised and able to manage their time across multiple activities every day, balancing priorities, highly effective at meaningful engagement with customers while maintaining high productivity rates.
- Build quick rapport. Use effective questions to understand customer needs. * Proven ability to generate sales.
- Strong written & verbal communication is required, solution-based selling required, should have knowledge about objection handling techniques on lead, should have knowledge about superior customer experience, achieving and exceeding set K Pi's, effective sales generation management.
- Solution focused approach to all activities
- Demonstrated interest in providing high levels of customer experience.

- 30k or above will be offered depending upon the experience plus commission
- .Peredictive/ Auto-Dialer experience is preferred and can have you starting at 30K Plus start.
