- Query handling & quote for domestic & international flights,

- Query handling for quote for different holiday packages & travel services including Umrah.

- Journey coordination & updates to Clients;

- Follow up on queries & sales;

- Ensure daily logs for each query.

- Well versed in GDS (WorldSpan, Gallelio, Sabre) & online IDs of Airlines;

- good spoken & communication skills;

- good grip on microsoft office (word - excel - powerpoint)

- a sound grip on accounting & recording of ticket sales, hotel vouchers & holiday packages.
