Programmers Force is a product-driven software development company whose products are being used by clients from the Fintech, Banking and Business sectors. Our products include, but are not limited to, digital biometric identity verification, fraud prediction and time tracking SaaS(s). With a development office in Lahore, Pakistan, and a team of around 50, we have managed to achieve a vast global user base (from over 200 countries) within the first two years in the industry. We develop systems using artificial intelligence, machine learning and state-of-the-art tools and technologies. We aim to stay top of the line, overcoming the challenges faced by businesses World-Wide. We are looking for a Lead Web Developer to join our rapidly growing team in developing and maintaining such applications.
We are looking for an SEO expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Responsibilities:
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns Good grip on google analytics and its complete functions.

- Remarketing pixel
- SEO latest techniques.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven SEO experience
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
