- Proven experience as a hospitality manager.
- Ensuring the Best Quality Hospitality Services to Visiting Personalities.
- Mobilizing Staff well enough before the Facility Tour of Distinguished National and International Guests in different departments.
- Monitoring the best Room Services like Cleanliness, Call Service, etc.
- Training and Development of Hospitality Staff to the First-Class Guest Services.
- Overall Administration of Hospitality System from Guest Arrival to Departure.
- Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.
- Outstanding communication skills verbal and written.
- Organize and coordinate people and operations.
- Develop and communicate standard operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to relevant legal, health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Create reports for senior management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Bachelors in hospitality management or similar relevant field.
- Previous working experience as hospitality manager for 3 years.
