Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop new money transfer products and services that meet customer needs and align with company goals.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products and features comply with relevant financial regulations and international money transfer standards.

User-Centric Approach: Advocate for the customer by gathering feedback, conducting user testing, and iterating on product features to enhance user experience.

Project Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication across teams.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Gant Charts, etc

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and user feedback to inform product decisions.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and make strategic decisions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.

Project Management: Effective project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.

Innovation: A creative mindset to identify innovative solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.

Basic Requirements:

Education: bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as product design, communication design, business, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, financial services, or a related industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of money transfer or other digital finance Apps and business or worked in e-commerce Apps in the product department.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in product management.
Should have a good sense of customer’s UI/UX regarding overall App/Portal and transaction checkout.
