Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end business ownership of one of E-Swap’s core verticals (e.g., E-Bike, Battery Swap, Charging Infrastructure, BD, or Ops).
• Develop and execute divisional growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and competitive white spaces.
• Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and global benchmarks to drive innovation.
• Oversee cross-functional performance in Sales, Operations, and Product/Tech implementation.
• Build and manage high-performing teams with clear KPIs and ownership.
Ideal Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year minimum); MBA or international experience preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in mobility, automotive, energy, or related industries.
• Prior experience at leading Chinese or U.S. firms, or in startup/high-growth environments a strong plus.
• Proven track record of business scaling, P&L management, and market launch.
• Strategic thinker with executional grit.
• Tech- and data-literate; able to adapt quickly to new platforms and business models.
• Familiarity with clean energy, battery tech, or EV infrastructure is a bonus.
