We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the organization’s financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with accepted policies and procedures

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely reconciliation

• Oversee bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and budgeting

• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws

• Coordinate with external auditors during audits

• Process payroll, maintain employee expense records, and manage statutory deductions

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Certification such as ACCA, CA, or CMA (preferred but not required)

• Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

• Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with audit procedures and internal financial controls

• Prior work in a fast-paced or growth-stage environment
